About Me

My career spans nearly three decades working with Tribal Colleges, universities, and community organizations to strengthen capacity through federal grants and program evaluation. I hold a Ph.D. in Education and have authored, reviewed, and evaluated grants across multiple federal agencies, including the National Science Foundation, USDA/NIFA, CDC, and the U.S. Department of Education.
